William Blair Boring, Jr.

William Blair “Bill” Boring Jr., of Powell, passed away on January 13, 2025. He was a devoted father and grandfather. Bill enjoyed his music, grilling for his family and friends. He also loved watching his Cowboys and Volunteers, he was a true VFL. Bill was preceded in death by his father: William B. Boring Sr; grandparents: Wallace and Betty Boring, James and Barbara Tipton, and father-in-law: Jefferson “Butch” Clendenen. He is survived by his wife: Renee Clendenen Boring; sons: Jake Boring, Taylor Sartin, Nicholas Boring and fiancé Katie Weeks; grandchildren: Leigha, Oaklee, Kingsley, Logan, Angel Boring, Zack Bright, Waylon and Jaxson Sartin; mother and stepfather: Pam and Danny Weber; brother: James Boring; stepsisters: April and Becca Weber; nephew: Lathen Boring; mother-in-law: Mary Giffin Clendenen.
