Jimmie D. Carroll, 77, passed away on August 11, 2024, at home in Maryville, Tennessee. He was born on March 7, 1947, in Alexandria, VA. Jimmie was predeceased by his son and best friend William (Billy) Carroll. He’s survived by his sister Bianca Elmer and Darrell Rude; daughters Debra Britton and husband John; Jennifer Waganer and husband Jason; four grandchildren, Matthew, Grace, Blake and Noah. The family greatly appreciates Becky Hughes, long-time friend and caregiver. | |
