Charles Q. Balch Jr. (Charlie) 71 went to be with our Heavenly Father on May 23, 2024, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his Father: Charles Q. Balch Sr., Mother: Lola Maples Balch, Brother: Vic Balch, and younger Sister: Katrina Atkins. He leaves behind his Son: Chaston who he loved dearly and was his whole world, Sister: Sheree B. Glenn (Tommy)., Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
