Nellie Louise Kagley Borden, 79 of Maryville, passed away August 12, 2023. She was a very special mother and grandmother, who was loved very much. She was preceded in death by father and mother: Sylvester Eugene and Emma Jane Kagley, brother: Steve Eugene Kagley, grandson: Jack Lee Payne III, and ex-husband: Carl Frank Borden. She is survived by her children: Jack Lee and Tammie Payne, Brigette and Terry Hughes, Carla and Michael Stegall, LeeAnn and Stephen Saya, 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, sisters: Pearl McClemore, and Brenda and Kris Young, very special friend: Glen Key Sr., and caretaker: Linda Ocoha. | |
