Nancy “Joyce” Milligan, 76 of Maryville, went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2022. She was preceded in death by daughter: Melinda Delaney, parents: Niles and Eva Milligan, sisters: Nina Melson, Loretta Hargis, Marlene Prichard, and Nillard Milligan. She is survived by her children: Leander (Dena) McCarter, and Jennifer (Chad) Hutchison, son-in-law: Jim Delaney, grandchildren: Travis (Brittney) McCarter, Brady (Tori) McCarter, Riley Hutchison, Drew Hutchison, Leah (Sam) Webster, and Tommy Delaney, great grandchildren: Mason and Trevor McCarter, and Pearson McCarter, and many special friends. | |
