October 5, 1956 - August 13, 2022 Service Date: August 16, 2022 The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday August 16, 2022, at New Providence Primitive Baptist Church: 2633 6 Mile Rd, Maryville, TN 37803, funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. with Elders: Tommy Boring, Ricky Boring, and Bo Thomas officiating. Family and friends will all meet 11:00 A.M. Friday August 19, 2022, at the church cemetery for a graveside service with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses. |

Arthur Reed Boring, 65 of Maryville, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022, at his home. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was preceded in death by his father: Willie Boring, grandparents: Ezekiel and Stella Boring, and Eugene and Nellie Williams. He is survived by mother: Nancy Williams Boring, children: Melissa (Adam) Tilley, and Daniel (Melanie) Boring, grandchildren: Hunter, Chase, and Trace Tilley, and Caroline Boring, great grandson: Landon Tilley, brothers: Ricky and Joey, sisters: Rita, Lori, Shirley, Beth, and Leslie, several nieces and nephews, and companion: Rosie Lowery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses. | |
