The family will receive friends at Memorial Funeral Home November 18, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. November 19, 2025, at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Shelba requested donations be made to the Good News Center: PO Box 159, Friendsville, TN 37737.

Shelba Joyce Peak, age 85, passed away at her home on November 14, 2025. Shelba was a minister of the Gospel and co-founder of the Good News Center Church. She was a testament of faithfulness and a blessing to all. A loving wife and mother preceded in death by husband Earl Roger Peak, parents Bradford and Dora Johnson, along with several siblings. Survivors include Michelle (Sean) Russell, Emily Peak, stepdaughter Connie (Jeff) Tinkham, siblings Marie Cagle, Mackie Johnson, and Paul Johnson.
