The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Monday January 2, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Jordan Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery.

Nancy “Joyce” Milligan, 76 of Maryville, went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2022. She was preceded in death by daughter: Melinda Delaney, parents: Niles and Eva Milligan, sisters: Nina Melson, Loretta Hargis, Marlene Prichard, and Nillard Milligan. She is survived by her children: Leander (Dena) McCarter, and Jennifer (Chad) Hutchison, son-in-law: Jim Delaney, grandchildren: Travis (Brittney) McCarter, Brady (Tori) McCarter, Riley Hutchison, Drew Hutchison, Leah (Sam) Webster, and Tommy Delaney, great grandchildren: Mason and Trevor McCarter, and Pearson McCarter, and many special friends.
