Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday November 22, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home 1102 Big Springs Road Maryville, TN 37801 with Rev. Tommy Self, and Rev. Aaron McMahan Officiating, the burial will follow at Big Toqua Cemetery in Vonore. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon to 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Funeral Home.

JD Cooper 88 of Sweetwater, formerly Maryville, passed away Monday November 17, 2025. He was preceded in death by his Wife: Mildred Cooper, Sons: Jimmy Cooper, and Wayne Cooper. He is survived by his Brothers: David Cooper, and William Cooper, Sisters: Alice Motley, and Henretta Lankford, several Nieces, and Nephews.
