Barbara (Bobbie) Ann Cowan, age 70, went to meet her Lord and Savior, Saturday, November 22, 2025. Bobbie was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Whitehead; parents, Edward and Cleo Lowe; sisters, Brenda Lowe and Mary Milsaps. She is survived by her husband, Gary Cowan; sisters, Lorene Stinnett and Lois McMillian; nieces, Trish Stinnett and Missy Davis; nephew, Rick Milsaps.
