Joann Godfrey Weaver, 71, of Friendsville, passed away November 9, 2017. She was preceded in death by her Father: Robert Godfrey, Mother: Martha Spencer, Infant daughter: Vanessa Weaver. Survived by Husband: James Weaver, Daughters: Connie Weaver and Chrissy Weaver, several nephews and nieces. Special caregivers Amber Martin, Nurse Cathy, April Marlow, and Nurse Mo.
