Memorial Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Friendly Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Fate Green officiating the family will receive friends following the services.

Jake Garland 58 of Townsend passed away Tuesday night October 17, 2017 at his home. He was preceded in death by his Father: Henry Garland, Sister: Shirley Arp. He was a carpenter and a log home builder. He is survived by his Wife: Lisa Garland, Dog and loving companion: Abby, Sons: Scott, Andy and Brittney, and Travis Garland, Mother and Step-Father: Bernice and Don Bock, Sister and Brother in law: Loretta and Robert Riden, Brother: Jimmy Garland. Numerous Grand Children, Nieces, and Nephews, and one Great Granddaughter.
