Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday December 18, 2017 at Mount Nebo Church with Rev. Don McGill officiating and burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Monday at the church.

David Gus Cooper 76 of Walland passed away Friday December 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Tom and Rebecca Humphrey Cooper, Grandson: Danny Ray Cooper, Sister: Pauline Cooper. He was a Veteran of the US Army. Survivors include his Sons and Daughters-in-law: William and Stacy Cooper, Travis Louie Cooper Sanders, Tommy and Anita Cooper, Daughter and Son-in-law: Stephanie and Henry Fox, Brothers and Sisters-in-law: Sam and Cledith Cooper, Ben and Janet Cooper, and David Cooper, Sisters and Brother-in-law: Christy Cooper, Connie Cooper, Cathy Faye and Earl Ogle, Grandchildren: Jason, Corey, Matthew, Maddie Lynn, Faith Ann Cooper, Casey Fox, Christina, Christopher, Alesa, Alexis, James, Joanna, Nathan, and Naomi Sanders. The family would like to thank the nurses and CNAs of Concordia of Maryville.
